Inquiries & Details

Regarding the Process

Photographs are restored and colorized with AI, instructed to keep every face, uniform and detail exactly as photographed. You see the restored portrait before you pay, with one complimentary second attempt, and nothing is printed until you approve it.

Regarding Photograph Condition

We accept photographs of all eras and states of preservation, including scans of prints. A clear, front-facing view of the face gives the most faithful result.

Regarding Timelines

Most portraits arrive within 3–4 weeks of ordering, including printing, framing and delivery. We currently ship within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses where supported.

Regarding Multiple Commissions

Matching formats and frames create a cohesive collection for families honoring several generations or postings. Simply commission each portrait in turn.

The Standard

Ensure their memory is preserved with appropriate dignity.
