We use collected information to process and fulfill portrait commissions, send order confirmations, respond to inquiries, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your information to third parties.

We use trusted partners to operate our services, including Stripe for payment processing, AI model providers for portrait generation, and print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Each partner operates under their own privacy policy and receives only the information necessary to fulfill your order.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are viewed and how many orders are started. It does not use cookies to identify you.

To measure and improve our advertising, we may also use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel and the TikTok Pixel. These tools can use cookies and similar technologies to record actions on our site, such as viewing a page, starting checkout, or completing a purchase, and may share that information with Meta or TikTok to show and measure ads. They do not receive your uploaded photos or your payment details.

You can limit ad personalization in your Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok ad settings, through your browser’s cookie settings, or at optout.aboutads.info.

Photos you upload are used solely for generating your portrait. We do not sell, license, or share your photos beyond what is required for portrait creation. Photos may be retained briefly to allow for order corrections and quality review.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
