The Portrait Standard creates AI-assisted formal military portraits. Customers submit a photograph, select a branch and format, and we produce a custom portrait delivered as a physical print.

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By using this site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required in full at the time of order. We use Stripe for secure payment processing. By submitting payment, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.

Our portraits are created using artificial intelligence technology. By placing an order, you acknowledge that AI-generated results are artistic interpretations and may not be exact likenesses, that era-specific styling is applied based on historical reference, and that minor variations in color, detail, or composition may occur.

All website content, branding, and software associated with The Portrait Standard is the property of Shedlow Venture LLC or its licensors. By uploading a photo, you represent that you have the rights to that image and grant us a limited license to use it solely for fulfilling your order.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shedlow Venture LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including issues related to portrait output quality, shipping delays, or third-party service interruptions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
